Appointment to the AITF Panel of Legal Service Providers
As a strategic automotive sector development institution, AITF plays a key role in driving transformation, investment, localization, and industrial development across South Africa. Given the inherent technicality of funding transactions, complex commercial structures, governance mandates, and dispute resolution needs, AITF is seeking external legal expertise to supplement its internal capacities and provide strategic support across key operations.
Appointed law firms will operate on an as-and-when-required basis, providing specialist advisory, contract drafting, litigation management, and regulatory advice to both AITF and its supported beneficiaries. Successful appointment will remain subject to satisfactory performance, transformation credentials, and continued compliance with organizational standards over the three-year term.
Primary Scope of Engagement
Participating law firms may propose for one or more practice areas based on their core technical strengths.
